CWZJT Electret Treatment
CWZJT Electret Treatment is a processing equipment specially designed for meltblown non-woven filter materials to improve filtration efficiency. It consists of three parts: the generator host, the step-up transformer and the electret processing frame. The processor can be combined in the melt blown production line to process online or independently process the finished melt blown filter material. The high pressure treatment of the processor can greatly improve the filtration efficiency of the material. The structure of the electret treatment frame can be customized according to the customer's production site, and the whole set of equipment can meet the needs of different widths of filter materials and production line speeds. The product has a variety of protection functions to ensure safety and reliability in the production process.
